You can send your complaint to info@skconsulting.hu or by post to 7696 Hidas, land registry no. 076/28. We provide a substantive response to written complaints within the applicable statutory deadline.
In a consumer dispute, you may initiate proceedings before the conciliation board competent for your place of residence or stay. The board competent for the company's registered office is the Baranya County Conciliation Board.
For consumer protection matters, you may contact the competent government office, and for legal disputes you may also seek a remedy through the courts. Current contact details for conciliation boards are available on the website of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
