Privacy policy

SKconsulting Kft. (registered office: 7696 Hidas, land registry no. 076/28; tax number: 32409790-2-02; email: info@skconsulting.hu; hereinafter: the Controller) processes personal data provided on this website as described below, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What data we process and why

• Contact form – name, company name (optional), email address, phone number (optional), selected services and message text. Purpose: receiving and responding to quote requests and keeping in touch. Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), and, where necessary, your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).
• Data submitted through the form is stored in the website's own database, protected by passwords and access rules (the contact_submissions table). Submissions cannot be retrieved by visitors through the website; only the Controller's staff can access them.

How long we retain data

We retain your enquiry and related correspondence for up to 3 years after the contact process ends or, if processing is based on consent, until it is withdrawn. If a contract is concluded, longer retention periods required by accounting and civil law obligations apply.

Analytics and advertising measurement

After you select “Accept” in the cookie settings panel, the website loads analytics and advertising tags. Their purposes are measuring traffic, measuring the effectiveness of Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok advertising, and ad targeting. During measurement, browser and device data (such as IP address, device and browser identifiers, and pages visited) may be transmitted to the following providers:

• Google Ireland Ltd. – Google Analytics (traffic measurement) and Google Ads (conversion measurement)
• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. – Meta Pixel (advertising measurement and targeting)
• TikTok Technology Ltd. – TikTok Pixel (advertising measurement and targeting)

The legal basis for measurement is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. If you select “Reject”, none of the tracking tags load. Providers may also transfer data outside the European Economic Area subject to appropriate legal safeguards.

Data processors

Lovable Labs, Inc. participates in operating the website, database and related files as a hosting and infrastructure provider. When the form is submitted, the enquiry is stored in the protected database and transactional emails are generated for the Controller and the email address provided. The email provider's precise details will be finalised after the sender domain is configured. For transfers outside the European Economic Area, the processor applies appropriate legal safeguards.

Social content and local storage

The Instagram and Facebook highlights on the home page are served from our own hosting. When you open an external link, the respective social platform's own privacy rules apply. We use your browser's local storage to remember your cookie choice.
