Delivery and payment terms

The website has no webshop or online payment facility. Every project starts on the basis of an individual written quote and an accepted order.

Performance and delivery

The individual quote or contract specifies the scope of work, filming or production date, revision rounds, delivery method and deadline. Digital materials are generally delivered electronically.

Fees and payment

The individual quote specifies the service fee, any advance payment, payment schedule and deadline. Payment is made by bank transfer against an invoice unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

Additional work and cancellation

Requests beyond the agreed scope, additional revisions or an extra filming day may incur additional fees. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are specified in the individual quote.

The specific advance payment, cancellation and payment rules must be finalised in the individual quote before every order.
