The website has no online payment facility and no webshop. The contact form is solely for requesting a quote; submitting it does not create a contract or a payment obligation.
The individual quote or concluded contract specifies the delivery deadline, revision rounds, handover method and payment terms. Payment is made by bank transfer against an invoice unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
For distance contracts with consumers, the customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal under Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.). For services tailored to individual requirements (such as custom video production), this right may be limited under Section 29 of the decree; we will provide written information before the contract is concluded.
You can submit a complaint to info@skconsulting.hu. If your complaint is rejected, as a consumer you may contact the Baranya County Conciliation Board (7625 Pécs, Majorossy Imre u. 36.) or the consumer protection authority.
The individual quote or contract specifies the scope, duration and platforms of use for the works created. Delivery of raw footage is included only by separate written agreement.
These terms are governed by Hungarian law, in particular Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code, Act CVIII of 2001 on Electronic Commerce Services and, for consumer contracts, Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.).
Effective: 25 September 2026. The company registration number and official representative's details must be added before launch, and the entire document must be reviewed by a lawyer.
