Requesting a quote through the website does not, in itself, create a contract or a payment obligation.
If you enter into a distance contract as a consumer, you generally have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason or, for services, to terminate the contract under Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.).
We start work before the 14-day period expires only at your express request. You must acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may cease when the service is fully performed and, in the case of partial performance, a proportionate fee may be payable for work already completed.
You can communicate your intention to withdraw or terminate by sending a clear statement to info@skconsulting.hu . Please include your name, contact details, the subject of the contract and the date it was concluded.
